Hello all
I found you all on a search for long range shooting. I am interested in learning about this intriguing new world I am stepping into.
I live in the Sacramento area. I teach high school music...vocal jazz, AP Music Theory, Piano.
I got this weird idea that I should actually learn to shoot long distance. I was in the army and kinda had a knack for rifle firing. I put 9 shots in the same hole from 50 yards with open sights. Went to the Marine Corp Educator week and dropped 10 inside a dime 1cm left of center mass at 250 yards (30+ years later
).
So I started on CalGuns...meeting Kappy and JMP and am starting my first build. I purchased a Remington 700 with the varmint 26" barrel.
