Fortunately there are a couple of dozen cartridges which will suit your need/desire. Create a list to read through and do some real research not just gathering opinions.
With each idea of a cartridge, be very sure to check out the availability of brass by a manufacturer you trust for quality...
We are truly blessed with a large number of 6mm and 6.5mm bullets and cartridges. You have lots to choose from and still be assured of good accuracy at longer ranges.
But, be aware that even the heaviest 6mm bullets will get pushed all over the map when you're trying longer distances in windy...
