Technically speaking these are not armor piercing bullets because they are made from a soft copper. They will do a great job putting holes in paper. ;)
I can't say that one design is inherently more accurate. I would say the Absolute design might be a little trickier to find the right powder combo. I think Ed @Zen Archery just did a load with the 105gr AHT in his Grendel. I'll let him chime in on it.
