I had one action that refused to cooperate. It was bedded in two different stocks with four different barrels and three different gunsmiths. I find a just gave the action to the last gunsmith and told him I was finished with it.
I did some testing with squared heads using the Wilson case trimmer and random cases. I proved conclusively, for myself, that in this particular 223 varmint savage rifle, the squared heads were definitely better with two different loads.
For me the Swarovski would positively be out. The Leopold VX6 4- 24X is the one I would go with since I had both that one and the Swarovski at the same time.

When I started using expensive scopes I stated lapping rings. The companies say they don't need lapping. How do they know how accurately the action is machined. I have yet to see rings clean up immediately. They all need lapping.
