I would suggest spraying your die & case with some good lube while it's sitting. I couldn't believe how easy the case came out of die once I got the rod separated from the ball. And got the right size coil stock (punch) to push the case out of the die with the press. I did spray the die...
Try Pulling out on your decapping rod as you turn the decapping ball lose. Perhaps a small pear of vice grips may help. And tap with a hammer lightly to get the ball stuck in the neck. Then turn it lose. It took me a little work to get them separated.
Remove the case the same way this guy removed the primer. Find the right size of stock (punch) to push the case out. You may damage your expander ball but they are cheap enough. Because you need to separate it from the rod for this to work.
I would suggest if you decide to use a HP to try them in your rifle before going. I had issues with feeding & some light primer strikes (Savage Axis) on certain factory ammo (Gorilla ammo). If you decide to take the factory offerings later on. It really doesn't like to feed these well. FMJ feed...

Vinegar has many uses. And I believe we should try to use it more in our diets. I saw how it affected my Triglycerides on my blood work up. And I believe it helps with weight loss also.
Hay balers belt works also. If you know a few farmers changing their belts out. It can last quite a while. Most are not really thick but easy enough to double up.
Actually I would have been in the brig for letting just anyone enter the Post. Refer to your General Orders. If it didn't matter we would not have wasted time checking POVs for explosives. And been issued ammo for guard duty. Now if they were informed ahead of time to stand down. Then there...
