The cabins at the Whittington Center have plaques of some of the first BR Hall of Famers. These guys plowed ground that we take for granted everyday when we shoot. The only name I can remember reading was Tom Gatewood Sr, he won a 1,000 yard rifle match in 1956 at San Antonio TX.

I am fond of the 160gr Accubond, I've never shot at an animal with an Accubond and it survived. The elk in my avatar never took a step when the Accubond hit him. His back legs buckled and then his front legs buckled, 7mm RM at 2950fps at 500 yards. I really wanted to recover the bullet but...
