On my 30 Nosler I use a Hammer hunter 196 for shots under 400, and switch to a Berger 215 if over that. Most longer shots allow the time to eject the mono and pull a 215 loaded cartridge off the sling. I've seen too many destroyed shoulders and wasted meat on elk to shoot a Berger at shorter...

In very low light conditions with the MOAR-T, with the power turned up, it is hard to see the reticle. I have to turn down the magnification. Turn the center illumination on and it is magic.
