At that velocity a 1-7 will do great.

8 twist is the way to go. You start pushing the 77 and the 88’s hard in a 7 twist. You start shedding jackets been there done that. I shoot a 22x47 with Sierra MK’s on top of RL-26 , from a 26” Brux 8 twist at 3600 fps. If I ran a 7 twist they wouldn’t even make it to the target. I shoot them...

I think you have read too much. I live in the timber . Hunted it for 30 years plus. Been there done it . Still doing it. Might want to try a different angle.

Super simple. It’s not rocket science. A set of these around your neck or on a hat. Takes 2 seconds. You can do it one handed while on the rifle. 👍👍👍

We have taken big Mule deer out to 402 yards with the 6 ARC and a 103gr ELD-X.

For big Mule deer here in the Pacific Northwest. I really like the Nosler 165gr Accubond. Fast and flat. If I’m in our big open Elk country I run the 215gr Berger’s.
