I will say my TT 315H is my favorite scope--but the maven RS 1.2 is very nice, way better than my favorite budget dialer LRHS and I'd say close to my 4x16 42mm Nightforce for about $700 less.

I love the swift and own 2--but if I was doing from scratch--22 creedmoor --better brass more acalible now in factory--and if you want to run it light speed put some of those 51 grain absolute hammers , or load with 75-80 grain bullets for deer

Yep with the guys above Tikka T1 ..we have one in a 17HMR it is well loved --and a good hunter suppressed

The flat hold hair champ I have is one of my 257 wby with 85 grain bullet---hold hair to 400 with out much thought just shade high or a bit low. The overall flat out to what ever distance is my 30-378. But man it barks

We have shot a lot from ewes, to big rams...shoot further forward with an adequate caliber. We have have 2 rifles for guys here to shoot one is a 6.5 creedmoor and the other is a 270 win. I have shot them with 22 creedmoor, 22-250, 243, 6 ARC, 6 creed, 25-06, 257 wby (a lot), 6.5 creed, 6.5...

Truth ^^^...alts of barrel burn guys out there I have a 257 wby I ran, and ran hard I got 1800 rounds out of it and it really didn't "need" a barrel--but I wanted a new profile--and I could justify it I saw a 8x57 at the Blaser factory that had something like 5200 rounds through it and it still...

They need to make barrels swappable --let the gun be more modular and sales will be better

I have to agree with the above poster--skip applications they are time consuming and you will spend $$$ for small chance of success--go on a guided hunt --boat hunt in Alaska or BC

I have to say--and no disrespect--but I'm on exactly 3 hunting boards and I have had at least 3 scammers on this one...none on the others. One almost got me. Most can be solved with a phone conversation--and I'd be for 30 days and 30 posts

the orginal ones ..before Speer...but they were still very good after--I'll add in Swift A frames were really good too. I had good luck with Grand slams too--but not quite as accurate. Another super tough bonded bullet from years past were ASquare dead tough bullets...really good--just limited...

I have used one a bit. I own 2 one custom on a short action and one on a standard action Ruger...works great with 200-225 grain bullet weights. Ed

We regularly kill pigs with a 17 HMR, 17 WSM and a 5.7x28...put the crosshairs on the ear and squeeze. I will say most are shot within 100 yards though
