I find it short sighted of Sierra to not think about some taking a 175 TGK and shooting it out of a fast twist 270. I also go at least .5 past the recommended twist due to my low elevation, 7.5 twist in a 6.8W. In the end I preffered the 165 ABLR in the 6.8W. And the 160 partition. The 160...

I used it in 6.8W handloads. I t was ok on accuracy, but never shot any animals with it. Your information is good to know.

I have had good results with H1000 and 160 or 150 CX's and especially the 168 LRX. H4831SC works well for 175 ELD-X and 162 ELD-X.

What makes you say the 175 TGK is a sham and dangerous? Can you elaborate on that a bit?
